New Jersey Commission To Review Criminal Sentencing

The New Jersey Commission To Review Criminal Sentencing is required by statute to issue an interim report to the Governor and Legislature on the 1st January of each year, as well as a final comprehensive report. In addition to the foregoing, the Commission anticipates publishing a quarterly newsletter reflecting its activities and progress.
